Salary: £28,500 – £32,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Days/Hours: Full-Time / Monday to Friday

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

Location: Fully remote, however applicants should be based in the UK Southern England or South Wales

Smileys Childcare Agency is seeking an experienced 360 recruiter with a proven billing history to take ownership of a busy and established permanent recruitment desk within the Early Years sector.

Unlike many recruitment opportunities, this role offers an established client base, existing relationships and live vacancies from day one, allowing you to focus on what you do best – recruiting, building relationships and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Manage interviews, offers and placements.
• Develop existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes.
• Achieve agreed activity, placement and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within Early Years
• Strong and demonstrable billing history.
• Proven track record of successful permanent placements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Professional, driven and results focused.
• Must be permanently based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Please note: This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must be UK-based due to client requirements, occasional meetings and UK working hours.
