Salary: £31,824–£34,632 per year | Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Days/Hours: 36 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team in Marble Arch, London W1H. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or current Room Leader looking for the next step in their early years career within a supportive and inspiring setting.

We believe a nursery should be a place that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and strong foundations for lifelong learning. You will lead practice within your room while working closely with the leadership team to maintain high standards across the nursery. Located just 2 minutes from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Marble Arch Station, this role is ideal for non-drivers seeking excellent central London access.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice within the room and deliver high-quality EYFS care and education
• Support, coach, and mentor practitioners within the team
• Work with leadership to maintain high standards across the setting
• Build strong relationships with parents and families
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are embedded in daily practice
• Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement

About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS and inclusive practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early years education and child development
• Eligible to work in the UK
